We aim to get your finished video back to you within 1-3 business days. This varies depending on the project. We want your video to be the best quality it can be. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

All we need is your Raw Footage! if you have specific instructions for your video you can also include a brief for the editor to follow.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide space on our cloud server, however once your video is completed it will be uploaded to our cloud server for 30 days giving you enough time to review and download. It is your responsibility to make sure you have enough cloud space to send us over your raw footage.

Yes, our source files are in Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects. Sometimes we may use other programs.

You can send us your footage via any cloud service. Just make sure we have permissions to download your footage. E.g DropBox, We Transfer, Google Drive.

You will be emailed a Google Drive link which includes your video. This will need to be approved and once finalised your full video will be released to you.

We do not create animations from scratch, e.g 2D & 3D character animations. We also do not edit anything that includes illegal material or prohibited by our terms & conditions.
